The loft beds come with a ladder, and some type of safety side railing unless the design has sides that come high enough to be used as side rails. Most low bed designs come with an under bed storage area. All beds do NOT come with a mattress and are designed to be used without a box spring. The prices vary per design. Sales tax (Calif. Only) and shipping not included in price.
